This presentation will introduce Radical Candor as a model to find the “sweet spot” between obnoxious and soft-toeing around courageous conversations. Knowing how to be “candid with care” builds trust in manager/report relationships, empowers employees to focus on issues and creates a culture of open communication. Participants will walk away understanding where they fall in the model, the barriers that keep us from being fully candid and the impact when we use radical candor.

About the speaker:
Lorraine Medici joined Express Employment Professionals in 2014 as the Director of Training and Development. Lorraine has extensive experience as a coach and workshop facilitator in the areas of leadership and teambuilding, working closely with companies to strategize solutions that impact long-term results in engagement and retention. She has successfully launched Purpose-Driven Leadership Training, a series targeted at helping develop managers and leaders at all levels in manufacturing and other industries.
